Not at my current gym they are the heaviest DBs Angry they aren't something i generally do but was having a bit of a mess around.

Thank fellas, got a lot of improvement to do with the PP paddy, only just started doing them, need to get more from the legs! How's your knee coming along?

I have been slacking like a very slack thing this last fortnight, had to give myself a stern reprimand and was back grafting today.

03/07 Deads

Felt like i was coasting with my previous cycle, so decided to up the working weight 20kg rather than the planned 10kg.

100 x 6
160 x 3

180 x 2

200 x 3 PB

V Handle Pulldowns
70 x 8
80 x 6

Neutral Grip Rear Pulldowns
60 x 8
70 x 6

1st 4-5 sets at 180 felt great very speedy and the weight felt easier than in the past, the 200kg was a struggle but a nice PB all the same.

Cheers fellas, think its been 5 or 6 session since i had a deadlift day without a PB, how times change. Been trying to get some videos on but my laptop is being a c**t. Will sort it tomorrow
