Very good session, i was so fired up for the 1st set after the abominable effort of a fortnight ago the bar flew up, followed up with some close grip work upto 100kg

Todays instrument of pain was the bench press

My back was wrecked from yesterday so struggled a bit

1st session of PB week, great success!

Bench warned up to 160 which felt very light, jumped upto 180 got the set up perfect which is a rarity very psyched up felt very good and definitely a little more in the tank

180 PB absolutely elated

Dead lift day

240 x f just couldn't lock it out but very quick off the floor

240 x f again close but too tired by this point

235 x 1 PB, absolutely knackered by this point but just made it

A little disappointed not to get the 240, if I'd have put as much effort into the 1st attempt as the others it would have gone! Dead lift has come a long way the last few weeks I was struggling mentally with the lift but dead lifted better than ever today, 240 soon, and 2/2 on PB week so far

220 x 1 equal PB
230 x f

Legs were like jelly so not really a surprise to fail it, will get it next time and 2 PBs out of 3 ain't bad, pretty good week

Sweet mother of jeesus im in pain today, rarely feel this bad after a session, back legs and knee are beat up. Ah well chest day tomorrow
