Started shockingly could barely shift the weight, but got into it about the half way mark and things got easier

150 x1 f f**ked up my arch, elbows in wrong position no tightness in back, 1st was slowest rep in history, 2nd was stuck
150 x 3 much better

Pretty tough session, struggling with technique and pissed off with the missed rep but got the total in the end

Last few sets i was using sleeves as my elbows were tatered, my wraps have had the dick so benched last 3 without, must get more.

Much better this week, realised my foot position has been wrong for weeks, much much quicker with feet back
