Todays exercise in torture was the deadlift as regular readers, all 2 of you will know the deadlift is not the boys Slugworths favourite was to pass leisure time, anyhoo on with the show.

60 x 10 x 2 From the 1st rep my lower back above my left hip was as sore as a bas***d!

Well that was s**t as ever, although there is a video of this appalling deadlifting, which when I get access to a computer and discover what type of white mans magic will enable me to do it, shall be posted for your viewing pleasure!

Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to the the battle cruiser to watch the mighty terriers slay those dastardly MK Dons.

Feels pretty good at the moment, I'm gonna double it up soon so it will be 4 weeks instead of 8!

So should look like!
Monday bench and squat
Tuesday dead and OH
friday bench and squat
Saturday dead and OH

With maybe wednesday or thursday for some assistance

Deads today

With my deadlifts being f**king abysmal recently thought I'd do deads earlier in the week than squats!

60 x 6 x 2
100 x 6
140 x 4

160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3

160 x 2

140 x 6
140 x 3 Would have done 6 but I needed a s**te, and although I'm a born gambler the stakes were a little too high!

Pretty s**tty as usual but a slight improvement, lower back was on fire up until the last 4 sets, think this is to do with bad form and poor address.

Finished with fish and chips
