Hit a pull session with the mrs yesterday. Pull downs, rows ect ect. still really light and 0 intensity.

not logged last few session, hit bodybuilder style sessions, very enjoyable .Did pull, push and leg session since last logged and today;

All very light still, using slow eccentrics and pauses to make it harder without putting extra weight on:
