Mate you're right. Last night the gym was absolutely packed. I don't like training in there alone on a Tuesday.

Unhappy

I really don't.

13inch Speed Box Squats w/ Green Bands - 60kg x 2, 80kg x 2 x 2, 100kg x 2 x Lots

(I can't remember how many 100kg squats were done.)

Speed Deadlift w/ Mini Bands - 60kg x 3 x 2, 100kg x 1 x A Few

(Back hurt quite a lot doing these so stopped.)

15inch Speed Deadlifts w/ Mini Bands - 60kg x 3, 80kg x 3 x 10

(These were really, really bloody hard. Really hard. I stress again, really hard.)

Finished off with some abs, side bends and wide grip pull downs.

Today I feel destroyed.

For the 15 inch deadlifts? My mistake. I had no idea what was going on.

Might do some kettlebell work when I get home.

Yes. Went to bed about an hour after I got home.

I need to get this pre-workout eating business right. So far nothing is working. Stimulants do not work. FACT.
