It's good that you know what you need to work on.
I think I'm personally quite lucky on bench in that I've always been able to keep pretty stable even with the higher weights. I'm the same as you in that I have a little less off the bottom than in the other areas of the lift. I'm fine up to an inch off the chest but when I get to that inch above touching, it starts to slow a little then speed up again when I'm past it.
No doubt working with the guys you train with, you'll have some good input to blast through any problems you might have. Pressing above the head is something I love but is sometimes also the straw that breaks the camels back for me when I'm training bench. I overtrain the bench very easily (when I decide to actually train it lol).
All the best dude. I hope to see your numbers flying up soon!

I see that on 20/3/11, you did about 21 sets of back, you fruitcake. Is there a rationale behind that, or do you just like training back?

Lol! No rationale other than the fact that I had the s**ts. Normally I would partake in some box squats, front squats etc. To make up for the lack of effort there I put in some decent volume on my upper back workout.

Lol. Tea is awesome.

The deadlifts were the most I have done in a while. Doing them quite fast so I felt f**ked after, however, I feel dandy at the moment.

Haha this a record of my progress and an invitation for comment. It is not a sales brochure or an ego boost.

You might try and brand sh*t like the greatest sh*t of all times that tastes like Kellogg's Kraves, but it is still sh*t.

I said:
Ken is a fat, ugly mongo. He might try and make himself look cool by trying to show more volume and colours in his log but he'll always remain a fat, ugly mongo!.

This volume and intensity is getting to me. I feel physically shattered right now. Hopefully two days rest will make me feel better.
