You do any specific things on any specific days for example I'm always 3 sets of squats and 1 set of deads on a Tuesday and Speed deads and bench on a Saturday. | ||

Well the way things have been going since I started training again in January are: Tuesday - Pressing Wednesday - Box squats, lower back and abs Saturday - Pressing and triceps Sunday - Legs and abs. From now I'll be doing upper back and triceps on a Saturday and box jumps on a Sunday. Trying to get conditioning/cardio in there too. Ken, you're a mongo. Biggreigbroon, cheers! | ||

I've been waking up on Monday and Wednesday mornings doing cardio, however, I'm now looking at upping that with the the recent acquisition of kettlebells and a prowler at Marinecraft. On top of that, keeping up with Duncan is hard. Ken thinks he's fast but he is trully a mongo. | ||
