Box Squats (13 inch box) using safety bar and bands:

70kg - 2 reps x 10 sets. All very fast.

Some f**king around (failing) with deadlift and bands.

Good mornings using safety bar

60kg - 5 x 2
100kg - 5 reps
120kg - 5 reps

Reverse hypers
Abs

lol I've been there Happy What are your plans with your sessions? You do any specific things on any specific days for example I'm always 3 sets of squats and 1 set of deads on a Tuesday and Speed deads and bench on a Saturday.

Well the way things have been going since I started training again in January are:

Tuesday - Pressing
Wednesday - Box squats, lower back and abs
Saturday - Pressing and triceps
Sunday - Legs and abs.

From now I'll be doing upper back and triceps on a Saturday and box jumps on a Sunday. Trying to get conditioning/cardio in there too.

Ken, you're a mongo.

Wiegie, he's only doing conditioning cause I'm forcing him to through the pace of my Wed night workout! Grin

IMO too many neglect it, Naminder won't be one of those people if it's up to me haha!!

Weige, I'm actually really keen on it. I've been waking up on Monday and Wednesday mornings doing cardio, however, I'm now looking at upping that with the the recent acquisition of kettlebells and a prowler at Marinecraft. On top of that, keeping up with Duncan is hard.

Ken thinks he's fast but he is trully a mongo.

lol dudes. I can tell you love each other really. I'm sure that with the kettlebells and a fast paced workout, you'll gain a really high lactate threshold in no time!

Hmmmmm my biggest problem is that my lower back becomes extremely pumped during a workout. When I conquer that I'll be happier.

I've definitley felt it improving my fitness anyway, that and dieting I'm doing roughly 12kg since UK's in August.

First ever visit to the osteopath last night to start the process of sorting me ol' back.

Supposedly nothing serious. Needs massage, rehab and stretching.

I feel tender right now.
