Feeling quite ill.

Seated Log Press - Warm ups with the tricep bar thing, 70kg log x 1, log x 2, log x 3

Standing Strict Press - 40kg x 8, 40kg x 5, 50kg x 3, 60kg x 1

Seated Dumbbell Press - 22.5kg x 8, 17.5kg x 8 x 4 (all fast with minimum rest between sets)


Front and Side Laterals - don't know, don't care.

Bench Press - 60kg x 8, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3, 95kg x 3

Decline Bench Press - 60kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 5, 90kg x 5, 100kg x 1

(Second week doing these and I didn't appreciate how much harder the bar is to stabilise particularly as my hands are forced to hold the bar much further out.)

Floor Pin Press (No.3) - 60kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 5

Two Board Close Grip Press - 60kg x 5, 70kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3

(I think this is what I did. I may be wrong)

Machine Dips - Various x 8 x 4

Press Downs - Various x 10 x 5

11 inch Box Squat w/ Safety Bar - 60kg x 3, 100kg x 3, 120kg x 1, 140kg x 1, 150kg x 1, 165kg x 1

13 inch Rack Pulls - 60kg x 3, 100kg x 3, 140kg x 3, 180kg x 1

Barbell Rows - 60kg x 8, 80kg x 8, 100kg x 4, 110kg x 4

Push Press - 60kg x 3, 70kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 1 (jerk)

(I tried a 100kg power jerk but failed. I know I had the tricep lockout but the balance I did not have. Fail.)

Behind the Neck Press - 10kg a side x 5, 15kg a side x 5, 17.5kg a side x 5, 20kg a side x 1

(On the smith machine. I don't know how much the bar weighs.)

Seated Dumbbell Press - 20kg x 8, 22.5kg x 8, 25kg x 4

Front and Side Laterals

Cardio - 15 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the bike.

(My legs are currently very tired. Box squats here I come.)

(All speed squats.)

Paused Dumbbell Bench Press - 30kg x 3 x 2

Close Grip Press - 50kg x 5, 60kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 5

Dip Machine - Various x 8 x 6/7

Press Downs, V-Bar Extensions and Rope Extensions - Various x 10 x Many

I trained in a posh commercial gym today to take advantage of the health suite i.e. sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Front Squats - 60kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 100kg x 3, 110kg x 3, 120kg x 1

(I was really chuffed with these. All using olympic grip. The 120kg for one may have been three but I can't remember. I tried 130kg for one and narrowly missed, however, it is there.)

Leg Press - The whole stack plus some extra little weights x 8 x 3

Pull Downs (Wide and Close Grip) - Various x 8 x 10

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 20kg x 8, 30kg x 8, 40kg x 8

Face Pulls - Various x 10 x 5

Abs

Cheers. I'm hoping to see the 140kg frontie soon!

Today my elbows, wrists and forearms are f**king killing me. It feels like I've jacked off a field of horses.

I think my frontie PB is like 102.5 or something from this time last year :/ Not enough to merit being sore. You must have real solid core strength dude. Congrats again.

Push Press – 50kg x 3, 60kg x 3, 70kg x 3, 80kg x 1, 90kg x 1 (Jerk), 100kg x 1 (Jerk)

(Finally. Passed the 100kg overhead mark.)

Seated Dumbbell Press – 20kg x 8, 25kg x 5, 27.5kg x 3

BTN Smith Machine – 10kg a side x 3, 15kg a side x 3, 20kg a side x 1

(The 20kg a side felt really heavy. Should have went 17.5kg a side first.)
