Qualified for bsm 105s last weekend so ive got alot of hard training to do because im weaker than everyone. 6.5weeks to go..

Squat, havnt been able to squat for about 3 weeks as have a bad knee, today felt ok

Grip, if you hammer holds and longer distance runs, can progress VERY quickly IME

nice and light today cause im competing tomorrow and sunday at empm 105, main goal is qualify for uks, but also i want to pull 300, got it just below my knee the other week so i think its there. hopefuly.
havnt really trained for this comp, but they are standard events really, so we'll see how it goes
