Your rack pulls seem very strong.
Can you put a video up of them please, cause that is a lot of reps

Front squat (three fingers) pulls and bench all ok and pain free.
Going to try strict press and back squat towards the end of this week.
Alot better now, only slight 'impingment' when i put it about me head in certain places.
About 95% rom id guess.

Getting there, arm probaby about 80-90% ROM now.
Probably start squats and pulls towards the end of this week and start working some light pressing

Always have, been told off alot of times and tried moving then out, i Struggle with them wider on cleans, feel very awkward.

Again faster bars a s**t. Bend easily. My gym has three and they can be straight to start then bent by the time youre clean amd jerking 120.
