I dont know how you would pull your back doing overhead..? I don't think a belt would help me in any way really, and I can't clean a log with one on anyway so I have to lol

I have a humped mid spine (rare condition) so it must be down too tht because everyone i ask don't seem to have that problem, it goes the worst on strict log even with a belt on.
