Felt a bit weak and my forearms kept bleeding...

Cheers Ian, good to meet you n all, really enjoyed the comp. Arms are a bit stingy and keep splitting but not too bad.

Need a bit more event training- that stone will be flying up next time i have a crack at it.....Grin

Should have pushed for 1 more rep on the 190 dead but didn't.

Done. Think the 167.5 squat set was a PR (was supposed to be using 157.5 but put on 10's instead of 5's.....) Squats felt solid though, so I'm chuffed.

Session started badly and I felt weak as piss on the pushies (I'm doing 531 on them now) Felt better on the strict though. Don't know if I was doing the OH lockouts right- there was about 6 or 7 inches from the rack to lock out.

A rep PR with the deadlifts, last rep was tough and took a callous off. Pleased though. Was almost sick doing the deficit deads...
