I think I've been capable of 500 total for a few weeks now. I might just pull 215 after reppping out on 195 next week just so its official. Happy

Squats:

70 kg x 5

127.5 kg x 5

155 kg x 2 (failed 3, I wanted 3) PB
112.5 kg x 6 (supposed to be 8 reps)

My lower back was feeling a bit weird, not a sharp pain, just a little fatigued during squats, so I stopped after 6.

Pendlay:

50 kg x 5
65 kg x 5
75 kg x 5

90 kg x 3 PB
65 kg x 8 PB

Floor to overhead:

50 kg, 1 clean 5 strict presses

70 kg, 1 clean 1 strict press, 1 continetal clean 1 push press

92.5 kg x 2 failed the 3rd (continental clean each rep)PB

A bit annoying will go next week hopefully Happy

Chins:

+7.5 kg for 3 set of 8

Barbell curls:

37.5 kg x 8
37.5 kg x 8
37.5 kg x 8 last rep cheated a little

Tricep machine:

most the stack for 8 reps

No idea lol, I just run from the bottom of my road (where its pretty damn steep) up to where it starts getting shallower. I'd say in the 200 - 280 metre region.

Wanted 5 reps on squat not 2! Squats are too difficult these days, I shall deload to 135 kg x 5 next week and work up again.

Also, events for my comp:

Under 105kg Comp

Event 1 - Deadlift

200kg 15" Deadlift for Reps Straps allowed

Good event for me, looking for 15 - 20 reps

Event 2 - Overhead Medley

80kg Beer Barrell - 90kg Log - Lift alternate for reps.

Barell will be awkward, going to need a lot of practise and construct my own barell. Log lift will be a little easier, again need to practise on an actual log.

Event 3 - Yoke/ Farmers

240kg Yoke/ 110kg Farmers - 15metres Each.

No idea, will need practise.

Event 4 - Carry For Distance

125kg Implement to be carried as far as possible arround the 15m course.

No idea, this sounds like the Africa Stone they use in WSM. 125 kg does seem heavy for a novice comp considering the Africa Stone weighs ~180 kg.

Event 5 - Loading

A mixture of Sacks,Barrels and Irregular objects to be loaded to the boxes form a distance of 3 metres.

No idea, depends on weights.
