Member 3241, 2043 posts SQ 1, BP 192, DL 255448.0 kgs @ 136kgs UnEq | I do them to warm up the knees and get blood into the thighs etc... Then smash them once I've got the front squats and leg presses out of the way Just feels good and you know you want the pump

Sports an extremely muscular arse. Member 38, 6253 posts | Unless you're going very slow with light weight for the burn, they're going to be very stressful on the knees. Do it for the pump or not at all. Don't go heavy.

Do it for the pump or not at all. Don't go heavy. Interestingly, back when I did them, I never found this - perhaps the design of the machine may be a factor?

AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5207 posts | You shouldn't need to worry about working legs. Wear a top 2 sizes too small and baggy bottoms. Why work legs, when you can do a day of extra chest and arms??
