That's very generous Funkles. I currently have someone coming to pick the gear up tomorrow, should he change his mind I will let you know.

I am in basildon by the way.

Got some stuff in my shed that I don't have the room to use so would like to pay it forward and maybe have some small part in increasing the amount of gainz in the world;

Strength shop farmers walk bars (not the deluxe ones, no collars included)

Strength shop dragging sled with a harness

Has the normal scuffs from being used, dusty as well but the price is right!

I'm based in Essex, whoever can pick em up is welcome to them.

Ideally get the measurements before you buy one too...
Steve at Reps got one and it can hold 220kg max with their 25kg plates
Roll-Eyes
Make sure the one you get has long enough pins to hold at least a decent amount of weight!
This looks bang-on: https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/olympic-hex-trap-bar.html

Definitely check this, the one I bought was rated to 350 kg so I foolishly assumed it would have pins big enough to accommodate this weight, it didn't and I had to get two 50 kg plates to make it loadable past 220.

Was worth it though for me as a hobby lifter, find it much more suitable for my structure. Have been able to pull more on it, especially for reps, but have no idea if it's carried over to straight bar deads. I would guess no to any appreciable degree.

Mr Lone Wolf, your story brought me many chortles. I especially liked the Henry VIII at a Toby Carvery moment, out of respect I will ask your permission before I add it to my own repertoire.

Nice work Mr. Savage. That pinch lift was sweet.

John said:That's probably the only snag we had five in a row at descending heights and it did take a lot of room but it's cheap and steardy lots of people just want rid of pallets I saw a guy on here use a power rack with like a removable shelf built in.

I used two heavy planks of timber rested on the pins of my power rack, granted I only ever loaded 120 kg onto it but it was sturdy as fook and the height was adjustable as well.

I don't even think he knew she was there. It looked to me like he was punching the air in frustration. It also seemed that straight afterwards he dived into her to apologise. Well, either that or bite her ear off!!

Yes he it says in the article it was accidental. I think it's funnier she took it and stayed on her feet, no wonder he lost the fight!

Someone said they blew out their CNS lifting a Husafel stone, is this possible? Does one end up Hawking'd in a wheel chair or is it another way of saying over trained, I no get it?

Cool story, Bro...drug running is irrelevant to this discussion and people trafficking would likely be mahoosively reduced with a more inclusive immigration policy.

Yeah exactly like when Germany initiated it's "come one, come all" policy, people smuggling died out instantly. I think all the crooks turned to selling Herbalife instead.

'they're not sending their best, they're sending rapists, murderers, drug dealers...' - trump on Mexicans

the 'wall' around mexico.
one could be nitpicky and say 'mexico is a country' and 'islam is a religion'...
whatever.. 'Forrest Trump' is a pig-ignorant bigot which ever way you cut it.
the fact also he's sidling up to his equally preposterous bigoted buddy in Moscow makes it worse.

Well he's talking about the illegal border crossers here, saying that it isn't the doctors and engineers hopping across but the worst of Mexican society, which may indeed be false but it's still different to saying "all Mexicans are rapists".

People against Trump have so much material to use against him I don't know why they conflate points out of the air. I still find it bizarre that some people still think shouting racist, homophobe, mysoginist, whatever, counts as enough of an argument.

I think they picked right given the two options. Hilary is the definition of political corruption, Trump is a a buffoon. I don't know why the yanks smashing stuff up the past few nights waited this long to protest (nothing like smashing windows to show how unreasonable someone you disagree with is), they should have been doing it months ago when presented with their options!

Doesn't that mean the short range reps haven't made you stronger though? Seems weird to conclude that more short ROM is the answer?

Normally trace my name out, as an opportunity to train both spelling and hand eye cooridination simultaneously, I accept that the stream will fall where it may.

How much leftover lasagne does one have to eat to get as Hench as Rich Piana?
