My opening snatch is bigger than any other cj entered so far.... The wods in the afternoon are: 1) 42 kb swings with 24kg 30 thrusters @45kg 18 burpees over box 24" 2) 400m run 3 rounds of: 12 deads 9 Han power clean 6 shoulder to overhead all with 60 kg 400m run Bring it on. | ||

I was blown!!! 2nd overall, beaten by a monster of a lad who won both wods and second in the WL behind me, just! He came 70th at the European open and top 40 go to euro regionals. He reckons he would have gone but for 1 bad wod. He's goin down soon! Regionals is a BIG aim now!! British WL champs and European regionals for CF would be epic 2014! | ||
