Thanks Owen! Going to test a week tomorrow looking for a single at 162.5-170 whichll give me loads of confidence going into the comp a week after!

Then devise a plan to get to 180+ before the open in November!

ermmmmmm, 95/130?! something along them lines i assume. Thatd more than qualify me for british u23s and English mens.

Dunno what my senior qualifying total is! x

I'm a one trick pony with grace mate, think it ones quite easy! Sub 2 must happen before I can say I'm good

Andy 170 would be sick! About 40kg in a year!! Doubt ill ever get that again

Loving the fitness stuff too at the mo, going to get up early tomorrow and do some rowing/ kettlebell stuff!

Owen they're bug numbers but I'm sure you can handle them Happy

Rowing,
3x500m with 1 min rest 1:39.9 pace. All about r26
Wanted 4 but honestly warming up at 2 min pace I felt dead! I think I've underestimated how fit I was! Sub 6:40 is a goal for the next month or two then its going to be very hard work to get back under 6:30!!! Think ill need to do some longer ones too. I've lost a lot of efficiency on my pull!

Absolutely dead. Haven't slept properly in days and eaten crap.

Snatched up to 90 no fails. Couldn't focus on it at all, put 100 on (meant to be double) but didn't attempt it. This signalled something was wrong so just had a very light day.

Enjoyed today. Last heavy snatch session before comp. No conditioning before tomorrow's Front squat max out either.
