Bench Bar some 60 8 90 8 decent 105 4 maybe fifth there with a spot but no one around! I think 110 for 5 is a short term bench goal Rowing, 3x500m with 1 min rest 1:39.9 pace. All about r26 Wanted 4 but honestly warming up at 2 min pace I felt dead! I think I've underestimated how fit I was! Sub 6:40 is a goal for the next month or two then its going to be very hard work to get back under 6:30!!! Think ill need to do some longer ones too. I've lost a lot of efficiency on my pull! | ||

Couldn't focus on it at all, put 100 on (meant to be double) but didn't attempt it. This signalled something was wrong so just had a very light day. FS 5@60 Pull ups 5 at BW some kip practice Row 1k @1:58.6 pace rate 18 Some stretching. Proper recovery now, I'm actually confident about the snatch, would love a good session on CJ on wed. | ||

No conditioning before tomorrow's Front squat max out either. Hang snatch bar some 30 3 40 3 50 2 60 2 70 2 80 2 90 1 102.5 FFFF all close and just had to work out a few things 102.5 PB peach. Stopped making a massive deal of it. Concentrated on keeping pulling and being strong in the catch. Strict Press bar some 40 5 50 4 60 2 72.5 75 77.5 80 F doing these from a jerk position i.e. wide from the collar bone makes these very difficult... oh yeh and being weak doesn't help... Pull ups (all strict i.e. pause at full extension at bottom, chin over the bar at top, no leg kick) 5 @BW 5 + 12.5kg soft pb 5 14 @ BW all time pb, better than the 13 I did when I was about 80kg. I think I did 13 anyway... Dips 5 @ BW 5 + 10kg again soft PB 17 @ BW cool, could barely do 2 of these couple weeks ago! Suspect the bench has helped a tad... Some TRX inverted rows. going to start building these. Tiny bit of core work. Fun day. | ||
