Probably closer to come day style with loads of peopl wrestling for plates. Pinged every lift sell an felt strong too. Game on!! Front squat 70 3 100 3 easy obvs Strict 40 5 50 3 60 70 80 86 F nah! Dips BW 5 +12.5 5 easy PB +20 3 easy still +30 2 +45 SB +.5 BW near enough. Felt strong Pull ups BW 5 +15 5 PB 5 +30 1 + 40 =PB compare to when I was 10kg lighter BW. Happy, close at the top but I'm giving it Done! Just going to do the same for cj on wed and rest my legs now. They've taken a battering recently so hopefully will be good on the day! | ||

I benched 110kg x5 last week for something to do when I was bored at work Haven't benched in ages and toying with the idea of slotting it in somewhere. Nice row btw, 250m.. wish I thought of that yesterday. What warmup and cooldown did you do? | ||

Did 250m Pulled 370m extra at 3 min pace... Text book | ||
