This is probably stupid but I'm quite happy with how crap this seems as a warmup. Probably closer to come day style with loads of peopl wrestling for plates. Pinged every lift sell an felt strong too. Game on!!

I benched 110kg x5 last week for something to do when I was bored at work Happy Haven't benched in ages and toying with the idea of slotting it in somewhere.

Nice row btw, 250m.. wish I thought of that yesterday. What warmup and cooldown did you do?

Cheers mate, I like the thought of having a big bench, it doesn't seem to be affecting anything either so it's all good Happy

I did:
4 pulls, got it to 1:19 felt ok, went for poo.
Did 250m
Pulled 370m extra at 3 min pace...

Text book Happy
