left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | After the Unit 20 comp is done, this fat arse is going on a fat loss mode. f**k! Pisses me off no end. But no can do, have sleep apnea, and its not nice. master plan is to lose some fat, just enough to fix the problem, and build some f**king muscle only and hit that 120kg mark maybe a year or two later than it was supposed to be. I am a broken man...

No need to go mental about this i guess.

is weaker than a guy who trains in the poshest gym Member 21, 70 posts SQ 220, BP 155, DL 275650.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | http://www.danklyn.com/webstandards_talk/pix/MrBurns.gif Excellent. I suggest taking up something that you will improve at as the weight comes off. Velodrome is a decent call but I'd go for climbing. The weight makes a big difference there and it doesn't totally f**k with your strongman reserves. And it improves your grip.

Does f*ck all for SugdenBarbell.co.uk Member 1, 7173 posts SQ 182.5, BP 110, DL 205497.5 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq Administrator | You're not going to lose any if much strength by going down to 110, so it's probably a good thing you'll be doing it. If you go any lighter you will get the strength back quick. Probably your best ticket to a double bodyweight squat anyway, so look at the positives.

Have you been given a mask?Time to clean up the diet, increase the pretein, cut down on high GI carbs As long as you don't do a boar you should be able to keep all (and more) of your strength if you replace some of the BF weight with muscle.

Nothing left in the tank. Member 5, 25565 posts Administrator | when you say 'do a boar' im presuming you mean lenthen life expectancy by 10 years AND become sexiest looking man in the sugden banner ? Its pretty tough to lose weight and stay as strong , but if its just a case of 5kg's or so , is there a set amount you need to lose to get rid of the condition ?

left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | its not the serious apnea, just the ubstructed airway one, so i dont need a mask (fingers crossed!). I think it started when i went over the 114ish mark earlier this year, f**k the weight gain has been pretty damn fast this year, so it makes sense much of it has been fat. I love my powerbelly, but its time to go buddy! I aim to lose as little weight as needed till i sleep and breathe better, and then go on to gain again, thats the plan. Just say no to six packs!
