Phil, missus was ok, i made it in time and was even freshly showered
JC! Aye man, back squats, wide stance the whole works. Shoulder hurts still like a mofo, but getting there. Plan is: squats are great overall strength builder and b) if there is powerstairs in the finals maybe the squats will help that movement?

power stairs
360kg yoke or car carry
stones up to 180
fingers crossed they will include the crucifix hold lol!

yeah i think so, probably some kind of truck pull or carr & drag type medley. Probably will hear about them at the welsh comp!

pressing day, did what i planned/hoped to do. Wanted more but Andy gave solid advice on leaving with a feeling of more in the tank and hunger for more.
Push jerks off racks

both 2x120 and 3x110 were easy enough, though i messed up the drive of the second 120.
Narrow grip bench

boards:

boards off, lets do a drop down:
1x120 - or not, shoulder giving grief. had to bail even though had semi naked Fat Pete spotting. Opportunity missed.
some shoulder rehab work with very light weights.
