That was more than Erics Max a year ago.

I was chatting to Luke about this a few weeks ago, I just cant fathom how quickly and regularly they gain strength.

he says in his vid description that all his clients are hitting pb`s too, cant imagine he does much more than tell them the routine he follows and has them do the same.

his program is very basic though and seems to work extremely well for him, amazing progress.

he has an ebook out I think and I havent read it but Im pretty sure it looks something like this.

3-4 days a week
1 sometimes 2 days for accessories

bench day - work up to a top set, 1 week low reps, the next week higher reps. few ligt accessories after

squat/deadlift day
work up to a heavy top set. squat 1 week, deadlift the next, followed by accessories. he doesnt squat and deadlift in the same week.

he seems to have 6 weeks of pushing it hard, a week deload before doing a meet. then after the meet about 2 weeks where he doesnt push as hard and then back to all out training.

look at a few of his interviews and he talks about the info above plus what accessories he does.

I think lilliebridge might take it, but of course malan will re-instate his position at the top.
