Operation back of iron commenced today:
gm bar 30/30/30
wide grip pullups 5x5 supersetted with bench rows 60k 5x5
bodyweight squats 50/50/50 supersetted with seated calve raises 40k 50/50/50
barbell curl 40k 12/12/12/ supersetted with the plank for 3 1 minute holds
quite enjoyed this , quads were burning at the end of the squats.

Paused bench press 90k 3/3/3/3/3
attempted to do some stuff with bands , but the first rep ended with the power cage tipping over when i unracked the weight , decided my set up probably wasn't the best and left it there.
f**ked the Russian masters routine off after only 1 session pb.

feels great at the moment but thats probably because i'm pumped full of painkillers.
I will definitely hit a bench pb this year might not be by the summer as i'm planning a slow build up.

Good stuff. Stick to the plan mate, I always rush myself which normally ends in failure and becoming demotivated.
