Member 5, 25563 posts Administrator | the 63 is the weight the circus dumbell is ... not sure about the 50 ..might be a loadable fat handle ir even just a basic dumbell the OH medley looks good , ive only done the 63 a couple of times so may not risk it frist and have a stab if i get the others | ||
