Event 1 : Farmers walk medley 110kg Giant Farmers Walk x 20 metres then 115kg suitcase farmers walk x 20 metres. Event 2 : Max Log Lift This is round robin Log lift, All athletes must lift all weights . 90kg - 105kg - 115kg - 125kg - 135kg - 145kg Event 3 : Yoke - Head to Head 280kg Yoke x 20 metres Event 4 : Deadlift 230kg Normal Bar. No suits, straps allowed. Event 5 : Overhead Medley 50kg Dumbell - 92kg Keg - 64kg strengthshop dumbell - 105kg Apollons Axle - 120kg barbell Event 6 : Squat 200kg for Reps on Axle with Truck Tyres, No suits. Knee Wraps allowed. Event 7 : Stones - Head to Head 100kg - 60", 110kg - 56", 120kg - 52", 135kg - 48", 160kg - 33" | ||
