will the max log be H2H ?

Mark, can the OH medley be done in any order?

Yes .. And it looks like this Now .. 50kg Dumbell, 63kg Dumbell, 95kg Barrell, 105kg Apollons Axle, 115kg/120kg Barbell ..

This overhead medley is heavier than the 105kg version last year .. The apollons has fixed wheels and is very tricky .. Guys before someone asks Yes you can throw it on your belt to clean it but no towels or any of that s**te hanging out of the front please ..

Event one has no Duckwalk .. We have Giant Farmers 115kg x 20m then Suitcases 115kg x 20m ..

Is the squat on an axle with big wheels now that it's head to head?

Also is the squat split timed? Or if 2 people get 8 reps they draw? (can see a few getting similar reps)

lol, shane you hobbit unit ... i cant imagine the squats will be split timed , probably the OH medley ...

also unless mark has another giant axle , probably normal ones with bumpers or find 2 of JT's axles from mates etc

will the dumbells be loadable or circus?

the 63 is the weight the circus dumbell is ... not sure about the 50 ..might be a loadable fat handle ir even just a basic dumbell

the OH medley looks good , ive only done the 63 a couple of times so may not risk it frist and have a stab if i get the others

i first thought heavy to light but with that axle and the dumbells i think i'll wait to see how i cope with it all
