Banded shoulder dislocations/dumbell rotations - 3 supersets. Soreness from 12 days or whatever of heavy training caught up today so just a lot of mobility work really. Lost the line slightly on the bottom of the squats as the knee still wasn't quite right, but definitely improving. | ||

Totalled: 82 presses, 38 squats, 90 hop overs, 2 bust lungs. Decided to do the wife's crossfit workout tonight. 210 reps in 21 minutes. I'm dead. Literally. | ||

Tweaked the lat slightly whilst warming up so moved to figure 8 straps and just let the left side hang. Not an ideal way to pull, but allowed me to get some work in at least. Sure it's nothing major, a bit of time on the infra red mattress and massage chair, coupled with a lighter week or two should see me fine. | ||

Front squats 100, 140, 180 x 3, 200 x 3, 220 x 1. Front rack holds 300 x 10s, 10s. Knee feeling better, but wobbled slightly at 220 so need to build up cautiously. | ||

Front squats 100, 140, 180 x 1, 1, 180 x 2 zombie/2 straps/2 oly, 20s pause, 200 x f - dropped coming up. Plate flips/plate pinch/bw hangs 15 x 6es/15 x 20s/20s - 3 trisets. Fun session, almost niggle free, which is a big change on the way I've felt for the last few weeks. | ||
