Metcon - 8 rounds 8 overhead @ 60kg, 24 air squats, Time = 19m25s. Watched some crossfit documentaries on Netflix and thought i was an athlete, i am not. | ||

One more big lift left in me then time to back off and hit some volume until I can get my various niggles taken care of. | ||

Calf raises 90 x 15, 15. Just winding everything down for a couple of weeks to get passed the niggles and get back in to the swing of working for a living. Sundays deadlift session will be the last heavy lift for a while. | ||
