Pleased with how the knee held up, though I did need triple ply sleeves all day. Only lift of note was a cheap PB with a 300 x 9 deadlift. | ||

Db skull crushers 12.5 x 20, 20. DOH thumbless axle rows/banded pull downs 70, 90 x 12/8 - 2 supersets. Underhand banded pull downs - 2 sets. Just playing around whilst playing in the garden with the little one. His loading medley was the highlight. | ||

Strict press Wraps, 120 x 1. Good session, hands were pumped to bits from the slam ball picks as i tried to grip the ball rather than going under it like i would with stones. The 120 may be a beltless PB. | ||
