Gym has got some new bars and they are a pain for benching with, bar tries to rotate when unracking and bends your wrists.

Yer its good, each lift is normally 4x a week with 2 heavy n 2 light for each. The light days seem to help with form and recovery, I used to have to spend 15-20 minutes doing various stretches to allow a decent squat position but now thats not the case.

Deadlift should be good for a pb soon and squat is finally getting back to its best, been stuck at 205 for 2 year now.

First 3 squat sets where crap but last 2 where good. Gym bought some new bars and they are cheap and crappy, bent already within a month, think this is why the bar kept rolling forward on the first few sets.

Bit of arm isolation work.

Done. Lifts are all getting back to their best, within 5kg of my squat pb and 10kg behind my bench PB and had a bit more in the tank on both.
