Hip when warmed up is not too bad, a few hours after training and it starts to tighten up again. Squatting beginning to feel more comfortable though so i will try keep moving forward and do foam rolling and stretching etc everytime im in the gym

Hopefully getting back into a routine now so will start logging again, only been training 1-2 times a week for the last 6-7 week. Trying to eat better and get more sleep now aswell.
