Maxes i put in are lower than actual maxes just to see how i get on. Bench and SLDL are 10kg lower than my best and squat is 17.5kg lower as ive been struggling with it recently. | ||

Didnt feel no twinges or anything pulling it just started hurting all of a sudden. Will take 2 weeks off from any squatting i think n hope it heals, last time i hurt my hip it took 3-4months before the pain went but that time i felt it pull. | ||
