Back sore and core felt weak, struggled to brace core today and havnt been eating well the last couple of days. Starting the russian masters routine, hopefully il feel better tomorrow.

Trying lowbar squatting again, last time tried it i started getting elbow tendonitis but i think i had the bar sitting too low which meant it wasnt sitting on my back properly and so my arms where supporting it instead.

Maxes i put in are lower than actual maxes just to see how i get on. Bench and SLDL are 10kg lower than my best and squat is 17.5kg lower as ive been struggling with it recently.

..... hip is now buggered again, was trying out different stances and tried going wider, on the 4th set hip started to hurt quite a bit. Didnt feel no twinges or anything pulling it just started hurting all of a sudden. Will take 2 weeks off from any squatting i think n hope it heals, last time i hurt my hip it took 3-4months before the pain went but that time i felt it pull.
