This looks faster than the 290 i did 3 week ago but didnt want to push it too far today as had a few niggles recently. I think that if fully rested 300 would deffinately go and might have even been there today.

Had last 4 days off training. Only training twice this week then back to normal after the 4th. Trained at a different gym today and everything felt weird, felt heavy for some reason.

Cheers pal. Iv been doing 4 week blocks and on the 4th week i go for a heavy single trying to beat the previous month, its not an all out max though but still PB territory at the moment.

Will be very tempting to try 300 this month if im feeling good though.

Goals for 2016.

Total 700 in gym

Squat 220
Bench 180
Deadlift 300

Not massive goals but 2015 i only added 30kg to my total, so first thing is to make more progress than last year. Deadlift goal will probably go first and then bench, hopefully il keep injury free and make more progress than this.
