10mins cross trainer
5 mins warm down air resisitance bike

does half an hour of wii sports boxing standing up count as cardio??

Very strong mate, some of the squats are looking quite high though, might be something to watch out for when your powerlifting comp comes round.

it just fat ass, na its a good point but the heavier ones i try to go to depth or below cheers for the tip though

If your back is flat and tight what you describe above is the next common starters error. Forget your arms in the pull, and use your body.

ah f**k i forgot about the 4r's issue i'll improve next time.
