How do you find the OH squats mate? Do you think they benefit your other lifts much?

i have only started doing them and find them hard but good. they will help my form on squats for definite and will also help my core stability and balance when it comes to over head pressing. not sure hows its helping anything else just yet.

good stuff that you use the straps solution with fronties mate. Hope you will get more and more flexible and get to the bar soon!

Hows the bodyweight progressing?

Good video. Where do you train if you don't mind me asking? Looks like a good gym.

I liked the look of those hang snatches, I might try some myself.

Adam i train in the shetland isle's - this is the new gym as i and around ten guys have set up a new gym with hard work we now have over 70 member tripling our old membership at our old horse stable gym. were getting boxing stuff and some equipment from pullumsports. were also hoping to take over the floor below for strongman and other stuff and take the floor above for more cardio and things but that in the future so we have all got our fingers crossed.

the hangs power snatches were the first time trying them i need to improve the shrug part of the lift so will concentrate on the tech more next time.

Good stuff Neil!

On the hang snatches, or cleans for that matter, you need to bend forward at the hips more as this is where the majority of the power should come from. Also for the OH squats - do you have OL shoes as you would make depth much easier.

true that is some strong benching.

Is the idea with the lighter sets afterwards to work the form or what?
