you should see the bruises on the back of my arms it was a tight fit and took a wee while to get on but the guy who i was training withgot a warm up helping me get th shirt on.

well i really hope i can get some good training with the shirt afet the comp and see how i get on as this isthe year i really need to get the platform broken in.

Good first attempt. There'll be a lot more there when you get a bit more practice. Did you fight the dwarf? Tiny point - if you're going to ever lift with BWLA or BDFPA you'll need to do your benching with your feet flat. Tiptoes not allowed!

ah i wasnt'sure on that but it is well noted and the wee drawf got a hell if a kicking lol. but i'm sure i'll get into the swing of it sometime.

martin can i ask where do you stay in scotland or in englandshire?

Bloody good for your first attempt in a shirt Thing, the 200 flew up, that 220 will fly in a few more weeks of training in it, I would start using Boards and Bands in your training now, and the sky will be the limit after thatHappy.

I am toying with the idea of getting a shirt myselfTongue.

well i will have to wait until after this comp in feb before i really start to train with the shirt, but go for it bud worth its and its good fun

120kg x 4
220kg x 3 suit
280kg x 1 suit cant seam to get enough air into my lungs
280kg x 1 suit again no air and turned a new shade of purple.
250kg x 5
220kg x 6
220kg x 5

now not going to use the suit for the comp i just cant breath i suppose i just not use to the suit yet. so my aim for the comp is 1 or 2 reps.

pull downs
70kg x 8
70kg x 8
80kg x 8
90kg x 8

pull throughs
20kg x 8
30kg x 8
40kg x 6
50kg x 6

concentration curls
15kg x 8 each hand
20kg x 8 eh
20kg x 8 eh

standing d/b curls
20kg x 9
20kg x 9
20kg x 8

conclusion after tonight i will be making training very simple from now on heavr reps and speed work for deadlfit and that should help it improve

ture but my comp is 2 weeks on saturday so i'm just gona focus some reps and volume before without the suit i have a long time ahead of me to get use to the suit which i think i'll do singles in.

well your right with the pounds as i have lost 8kgs since november so another 8 is the plan for just now. thes try and get to 135kgs thats the target weight for me

yeah i can imagine the suit being a bas***d to get used to in such a short time... How about wearing it straps down? or does it make it useless, i dont know...

2 reps would give a good amount of points on that event mate.
