Squats felt crap. Tweaked my back on 180 because I didn't tighten my belt.

240 felt very heavy and I think the depth was dubious. No vid though.

Put my 42 F6 on for the first time. Waaay too small. Wasn't seated properly and I couldn't get 160 anywhere near touching unless I dropped it to the gut and then it was still a 2 board or so away.

Not good.

Nice one, are you going to stay with the 46, I'm starting to think it's too risky playing around with two shirts, I tried my comp 44 the other day, and 200 is what I need to touch!

The benches were on Friday mate. They were just some short ROM sets to stretch my new shirt out.

Well my 42 is way too small I think. 160 was nowhere near touching. I think with the sleeves pimped and the neck belted down, I'm good for 180 in the 46, so I think I might just use that...

Squats felt really heavy on my back, although the speed was good. All my joints were hurting. Lower back and hips didn't like the pulls, 190 felt heavy! Attrocious!

Tried a Sheiko type bench as I'm thinking about doing a full routine after my comp. Nasty. Everything was quite easy, but I really don't like any volume, LOL.

I feel REALLY overtrained right now. All my joints hurt, no appetite, dreading the gym.

Anyway, I'm off to Amsterdam for 5 days tomorrow and I plan to come back and kick some arse. Wink
