Great session. Squat was easy in hindsight, good for 235-240 maybe. 10kg PB in just briefs and wraps.

2 board was a true max. 7.5kg PB.

Deadlift was AWESOME. Massive sumo PB and just 5kg off my best conventional.

I'm off to Sardinia now for 4 days relaxing. Grin

Think I'm going to do the BWLA NW now!

Might do the BWLA West Mids bench only in early November....

Sardinia was bullit. Just chilled with my girl on the beach a lot. Ate, drank and smoked lots. Great times!!!
