Need more speed off the floor, though I was hesitant there after royally f**king up before. Need to shrug it more instead of using arms. For the jerk, need to bounce it up then push down to the floor, not jump up with it.

Like your lifting and like your attitude mate.

One bit of advice though (not just for you either). If you're on a bar/ platform with the likes of me and Jeff and we fall out of turn, dont be scared of jumping in. Lifters can be pretty ignorant when they do what they do. Thats a warm up environment and you sometimes have to just push your way in. No one will have a go at you for wanting to lift. I appreciate lifting with bigger lifting more experienced perverts can be a bit daunting hence me telling you. Politness has its place, but YOU jump in when YOU'RE readyWink You're as good as anyone else and when you believe that you're making real progress.
