On side note, driving through Bradford to the gym last night I drove past one of the Vietmanese weightlifting team in his team tracksuit. I nearly pissed my pants I was so excited. I honestly thought about stopping the car and just dragging him to the gym so I could see him lift.

What with that and now this the weightlifting juices are well and truly flowing!
