Sand Bags Loading: 3 70/80kg sand bags from ~15m x5 Deadlifts: 70kg x loads 120kg x 5 170kg x 1 200kg x 1 220kg x Fail - would have been a PB but wasn't moving at all. 170kg x 5 170kg x 5 Piss poor really, need to work on getting my deadlift up. Did I mention my knees were hurting? | ||

Incline Bench: 50 x 20 50 x 30 60 x 12 Just messing really but got a major tri pump going. Sculpted the guns to finish. | ||
