Bit of a s**t session really, didn't really do much as my knees were still hurting after the log on Monday.

Sand Bags Loading:
3 70/80kg sand bags from ~15m x5

Deadlifts:
70kg x loads
120kg x 5
170kg x 1
200kg x 1
220kg x Fail - would have been a PB but wasn't moving at all.
170kg x 5
170kg x 5

Piss poor really, need to work on getting my deadlift up.

Did I mention my knees were hurting?

Clean technique is getting better, need to keep working on it.
