tabbouleh and fattoush salads were very refreshing Member 267, 8548 posts SQ 220, BP 165, DL 250635.0 kgs @ 90kgs Eq | The barbell was not lowered under control Terry. I'd like to see more discipline in your lifting. Despite the above, it's still the best 400kg deadlift I've seen for a very long time! Great lifting.

the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | Apart from feeling better, healthier and more agile at the new bodyweight, how does it feel psychologically to be smaller Terry? Obviously you're still a huge guy, but do you feel different, especially with there being so many monsters at world level now?

I am now the 3rd lightest where I do event training with Paul carter and mike Holmes being heavier so I'm not that worried. To be totally honest I've never really been that worried, guys like Brian has been bigger than me for some years but I know on some events I can beat him. I used to get my arse kicked by mariusz and he wasn't massive, well he was but not huge

Smaller doesn't always mean fitter and faster especially when it comes to moving with weight IMO. I have lost some strength but that is not my main aim right now
