This is my latest PR! Crazy easy off the floor, but the lockout was kinda ugly and it will probably not pass in a competition... i didint jerk the bar intentionally, but it looked like it so someone might think i was trying to do that.

Anyway, im super mega happy with this lift!

This was literally a CNS killer, i dont think i will be deadlifting heavy next week.
FIRST PR OF THE YEAR!

Im going after yoy Andy Bolton! ( joking... Grin haha )

great lift mate, usually from seeing your deadlift videos you are slow of the floor with strong lock out

Seems to have changed recently!! very good lift love your celebrations Happy

your back started a lot rounder then most vids I've seen of you. Hence it was fast off the floor and ended up in a horrible position to lock out from. I suffer from the exact same problem. Great effort but I personally would not count it as a PR, esp since you aspire to compete in powerlifting.

well great lift bro, do u use da celltech?

haha i know what you say about the rounded back, i obviously noticed that after and during the deadlift, but i was going for a PB/PR, i know that competition lifts are always lighter because of many reasons i dont know but i heard/read people that compete say that it's another ball game.

And about the celltech, lol, these last few days i have been eating raw peanuts like a crazy bas***d during the entire day at work, im constantly eating peanuts as a snack. From 100 grams to 200 grams. Thouse things are full of fats and carbs!
Even when i feel like im not hungry or im getting sick from the peanuts i still force myself to eat them because i noticed that when i feel full im stronger.

I see what you are saying. To be honest though competition deadlifts didn't feel heavier or lighter to me because the extra adrenaline is sort of offset by the previous 6 max squats and benches; unless token lifts are taken.

Peanuts are awesome and cheap source of calorie. definetly a "power food".
