cheers wes and the walkouts are too help my body get used to holding heavier weights on my back so when i come to squatting them for either a pb or at a comp they will feel lightish cause im used to that weight and more being on my shoulders and the lighter it feels on my shoulders the more confident ill be about the lift.

cheers boar felt solid today for some reason just going to keep putting the weight up till i start failing reps
