3 sets of 3 reps @ 95kg

squats tryed the 180kg squat again today but should of listened to my body :O
5 reps @ 60kg

1 rep @ 160kg
1 rep @ 180kg (failed) gunna just keeps repping from now on like i should of today oh well

whats a carryover joe?? and i only learnt how to put the wraps on properly last weekend so maybe thats the reason and the suit is a little big big on me in hight wise. and thanks mate.

was just thinking of just recording my equipped lifts as turbokid and raw lifts in this 1 so i can see the strength differance between raw and equipped.

nice 1 martin thanks for the spotting too u gave me the extra confidence Happy just want that 182.5 the 400lb borderline :O im shocked how my squats gone up so quick the past month. oh ye this is my raw account too martin good4gains.

2 sets of walkouts with 180kg holding for 5 seconds

only started a gym for the first time in january 2009 bodybuilding and then got into powerlifting in the march and trained towards that since hopeing to stay as a 75kg lifter as long as i can and hope to possibly beat a few raw records in gbpf if possible see how it goes up to now my raw total in the gym is 525kg raw @ 75kg if 600kg raw @ comp is possible that would be nice @ that weight.
