only started a gym for the first time in january 2009 bodybuilding and then got into powerlifting in the march and trained towards that since hopeing to stay as a 75kg lifter as long as i can and hope to possibly beat a few raw records in gbpf if possible see how it goes up to now my raw total in the gym is 525kg raw @ 75kg if 600kg raw @ comp is possible that would be nice @ that weight.

squats wanted to find out my raw squat pb so it went like this

1 rep @ 80kg
1 rep @ 90kg
1 rep @ 100kg
1 rep @ 110kg
1 rep @ 120kg

1 rep @ 160kg
1 rep @ 170kg
1 rep @ 180kg

2 sets of walkouts with 180kg holding for 5 seconds

squats tryed the 180kg squat again today but should of listened to my body :O

1 rep @ 180kg (failed) gunna just keeps repping from now on like i should of today oh well

a fair bit of bench going on there mucker Happy ill keep my eye out for this log. Ever tried dipping on bars instead of CGBP? I find it nice for a change. Btw when are you hoping to get 600 @ 75kg?

alright moz its scott just that ive opened a log for my raw lifts and ye i used too do dips + 45kg in a bag had no dip belt :O

tryed some bench shirt lifting anyway shirt on
1 rep @ 120kg to chest
1 rep @ 130kg to chest
2 reps @ 140kg to chest was helped by spotter on second rep
5 reps @ 130kg to a 4 inch board
3 reps @ 130kg to a 2 inch board

squats
8 reps @ 60kg
5 reps @ 90kg
5 reps @ 120kg
5 reps @ 140kg
5 reps @ 140kg
started on a lower weight and going too build up to my max 5 reps had too do this due to over training :O

deadlifts
5 reps @ 60kg
3 reps @ 100kg
3 reps @ 140kg
3 reps @ 170kg
3 reps @ 200kg straps and belt on here,straps needed to totally gripless bar!!
1 rep @ 220kg did want 3 reps just wasent there the over training again need rest plus i wasent haveing much rest more like bodybuilding rest periods through the whole session just so i could get i done.
