So yeah, I upped my 1rm in the calculator, thinking it would be about right, how wrong I was!!

Squats:
Bar x some
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 3 - these felt tough, didn't expect much from my max effort!
85kg x 3
92.5kg x 20 - WTF??!! It seems my legs are stronger than I thought!! This equates to a 154kg 1rm, HA!!
60kg x 10 (x5) - all paused

AB stuff and Calf raises to follow, nothing to extreme so I won't bore you with the details!!

So...150 squat here I come...

75kg x 14 - 15 was just out of reach, equivalent to a 110 bench again Happy

Pull Ups:

w/ 10kg x 1
w/ 20kg x 1
w/ 30kg x 1
These were just for fun really

Dips:
Bw x 10 (x5)

DONE!!!

Had my first rowing race at the weekend, it went well, came a respectable 2nd! now back to training Happy

In a different gym, too fancy for my liking!

DL:
Bar x some
60kg x 10
100kg x 5
100kg x 3
120kg x 3
140kg x 11 - equivalent to 191 1RM Happy - had no chalk so had to use straps, don't like straps!
75kg x 10 (x5) SS w/ crunches

Bench:
played around on smith machine bout 50kg
Bar x some
70kg x 5 (yes I thought they were 20s, not 25s!)
80kg x 13 - should have got more but I did not trust my spotter for beans! equivalent to 115kg Bench though Happy
60kg x 10 (x5) SS w/ hammer grip pull ups

Good session all in all, odd, but good!!

Been pretty darn ill this week, but starting to feel a little better, took it easy today:

105kg x 8 - could have gone for more I reckon, but not today

Messed around with some other stuff but my heart wasn't in it

Not feeling great at the moment, nor have I been for the last month or so so training has been all over the place. Good fun session in the garage tonight though:

All weights are slight guesstimations:

Bench (all paused):
30kg x 10
50kg x 10
60kg x 10
70kg x 5
85kg x 3
85kg x 3
95kg x 2 - definate PB - slightly dodgey cause my sister was spotting Happy
85kg x 3 - touch and go
60kg x 20 - was going for more but did not feel it tonight, plus no spot

Random row stuff/pull ups/Press ups

Not bad, good fun

Yeah so once again I got slack, I though I wanted to do rowing more so did lots of fitness stuff, but I just don't know anymore....

Anywho, some things to shout about from recently:

180kg DL - PB
80kg 5x5 Bench - PB
100kg 5x5 Squat - PB

All round pretty pleased.
