If you dont know me let me introduce myself, my names Paul 'Moz' Morris and im 27. Ive been lifting since I was 19 but before that I did boxing and gymnastics. over the years Ive competed in many regional and a few national comps. Im taking a break from full powerlifting and concentrating on bench altho from time to time I will throw in some squats or deads usally after a comp or after one of those days when everthing seems to piss you off! recently moved up from the 90s to the 100 class. maybe I should set some goals for this log? reach 100kg, altho this could be quite easy become a fat(ter) bas***d lol! 250kg bench for feb?, doing around 230kg now. any suggestions and comments welcome esp nice ones

BTW good to see all the familar faces

I really have a passion for bench so im going down the road of trying to be a bench specialist so to speak. So Like andy says if crnt bench everything in strongman I dnt think ill bother
