Thought I better update this again and get my training back on track for the u105's in 5 weeks time :-D aim is top 5 training 21/04/13 with my bro Jeremy at dawc Deadlift Bar x 5 60 x 5 100 x 5 180 x 1 220 x 1 260 x f failed above my knees so happy could of hitched it to get it if I needed to :-D Dumbbell 17.5 x 5 both arms 50 x 1 snatch 50 x 1 snatch 50 x 1 snatch 50 x 1 snatch 50 x 1 snatch Monsterbell 50kg x f x f x 1 x 1 x 1 log 65 x 5 65 x 5 105 x 1 110 x f first time deadlifting in a month same as log so happy and a good base to build on for 4 weeks to smash the u105's :-D:-D:-D | |||
