Training 21/05/13 Auchinharvie alone Squats 60 x 5 100 x 5 140 x 5 180 x 5 Used the safety bar didn't like it one bit...... Dumbbell seated shoulder press 30 x 10 35 x 10 35 x 10 No one to help lift the dumbbells up so couldn't go heavier :-( Front squat and seared shoulder press super set 60 x 5. 60 x 5 80 x 5. 80 x 5 100 x 5. 80 x 5 Done not happy a lot harder than it should of been :-( | |||
